"Had a really insightful assessment with Dan today!
We focused on learning how to engage my lower abdominals in order to help with external rotation (something I've struggled with in my climbing as I'm much more proficient in internal rotations, like for dropped knee positions etc.).
I really enjoyed the drills and exercises Dan has given me to work on this area, and the mind/body element of the session will really help improve my range and movement on the wall."

"Great session with Dan, if you think mobility doesn't help you much on the wall and it's better to do more pull ups - challenge yourself and give it a go!
Dan makes sure we understand the movement pattern before applying it on the wall. With clear feedback I could quickly understand how different hip positions affect my climbing.
It made me much more detail oriented and attentive while climbing since I could see how small adjustments can affect it.
Lots of knowledge taken away from this session and I'll be definitely doing it again! Thanks Dan"
